Hi, I'm Nina


As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, I am here to accompany you on a journey toward self-compassion, healing, and empowerment. My practice is deeply neuro-affirming, as I bring both professional expertise and my own lived experience with ADHD to our sessions.


I have a special passion for working with those navigating childhood trauma and late diagnosed ADHD.These experiences can deeply impact your quality of life, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Whether you are dealing with everyday stressors or long-standing trauma, my goal is to help you build the practical skills to live the life you want.

Note:

  • Tip 1: I recommend verifying your specific mental health benefits with your provider before our first session.
  • Tip 2: If you are to use your insurance please complete your Alma or Headway profiles to make sure that your services will be covered by your insurance.
  • Tip 3: I do not accept EAP at this time. 
  • Accessibility: I believe therapy should be accessible. I offer a "Pay What You Can" model and Pro Bono slots on a limited, as-available basis. Please reach out to inquire about current availability for these slots.

Specialized Services

  • EMDR Therapy: I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for those looking to process trauma and find relief from distressing memories.

Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: I value our time together. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" will incur a $60 fee.

Licensed in 5 states:

  • I am licensed in Florida, Minnesota, South Carolina, South Dakota and New Mexico. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed in all states, please referr to your Alma or Headway profiles to see if it is covered.
  • A superbill can be provided if you would like to proactively have your insurance, possibly, cover your sessions, but my private pay cost will be charged upfront. 

How we meet:

  • Our sessions are conducted via Telehealth, and the platform we use for that is Sessions Health Inc, a zoom link will always be sent with your appointment reminder.
